Rosalie Howard

Rosalie is born and raised in Seattle, WA. She has worked as a dental hygienist since 2012. She has always been into health and fitness and discovered yoga several years ago and found that it really worked well with her body, and balanced the strain she was getting from work. For her it is key to her self care routine as it is good for not just the body, but the mind. In 2020, she combined her love for yoga and travel, while attending her first yoga retreat in India. It was then she decided that she wanted to start teaching and expanding her yoga practice more. But COVID hit right after and delayed her plans for a bit. She still continued to practice her yoga and completed her 200 YTT in 2022. She is now working on her 500 YTT and is excited to bring more knowledge into her classes. Rosalie hopes to bring you a yoga practice that is fun, unique, challenging, but also leaves you feeling refreshed and nourished in mind, body and soul. She currently teaches everything ranging from gentle to power vinaysa, as well as Buti yoga, which is a mix of traditional yoga asanas with tribal dance.
